The “Cake Platter” catering set is a selection of the most interesting cakes, representing all the classics of confectionery. On the cake platter, we placed walnut and almond macaroons layered with creamy paste, which we bake ourselves based on original recipes. Jewish macaroons, also “EPI’s own product”, which are crispy on the top and soft as fluff on the inside, are also delightful in taste. They are accompanied by Italian cantucci cookies, in versions with almonds and with chocolate, which are baked by our confectioners in the workshop in Bielany Wrocławskie. Like the folded butter baci dama cookies, or famous cookies on natural honey with spices “Całuski” delightful in their taste since the 18th century. At the heart of the cake platter we placed delicious bachelorette cupcakes and our original chocolate cones and keto cones. Ideal for people who are on a low-carbohydrate diet, but also crave something sweet.
